Book Fair Frenzy: Cover reveal and blurb!

The story I've been mentioning for the last two weeks is done, except for the formatting. It may not be ready for a few more days...but I think at this point, I can tell you what's going on. This is a novelette, which I think is a fancy term for "longish short story". It's the debut of a new series - Peavley Manor - with a new cast of characters and a new setting. (And unlike the Skyblade Saga, this has no connection with the Monkey Queen series.) It's technically not the first story chronologically, just a taster for what's to come.

Hello, Sunday! As you may have noticed, the story I've been promising for the last few weeks is still not ready. I'm trying things in the presentation I haven't tried before, and getting those ready is taking longer than I thought. But, if you check back later this week...patience can be rewarded

Starting off Sunday with an update on the project I previewed a while back. The reaction has been generally positive from what I've shared so far; many thanks for those who took a moment to leave feedback. The story is almost done; I'm just waiting (as of this writing) for one last correspondent to answer a research question. With any luck, it may be posted this coming week! When it is, I'll update on Twitter and Facebook. More after the cut.
